A.B.I.L Pty Ltd has a team of support staff, who become your file Manager and deal with administration, research, client updates and implementation of strategies on behalf of clients. Unlike MOST Wealth and business advisory practices, we do not schedule automatic reviews of our client’s portfolio at fixed intervals. Why? because we are keen to avoid the impression that we are simply  ‘touting’ for new business from you, and because we find that advice and a review process of clients through the course of our normal dealings and correspondence with clients provide sufficient information to start ahead of any potential problems or investment requirements.

Our Commitment to Our Clients

All meetings and information provided is strictly confidential throughout all and any scope of work undertaken. We agree fixed cost remuneration structure with you (and if required terms of payment). We will advise you on all areas of your Business Activities and finances as requested, including the suitability of existing arrangements, and structure so we outline with you our strategies, Solutions and thoughts to achieve your goals). Having executed the cost agreement we will offer to meet with you regularly to ensure that the scope of works remain appropriate, and if necessary to recommend amendments to the original scope of work dictated by changing circumstances.

Within 3 working days of meeting profile manager we will issue you with a summary of what was discussed, and cost agreement outlining the agreed action plan, so as to avoid any confusion in relation to your requirements. Then following within 5 working days of any other meeting we will provide an update letter outlining our discussions.
When you take up one of our membership services, we will provide you with a full schedule of all of your existing booklets and report, provided by the profile manager free of charge. Subject to the terms of your chosen membership, we will proactively manage your financial planning requirements and update you regularly on any legislative changes that have a bearing upon your existing arrangements.

We will advise you of any additional fees or charges in advance, and will only proceed with any arrangements with your express permission. We will do our best to respond to your verbal or written requests within 48 hours. From time to time we will write to you or invite you to our information nights and may provide, newsletters or case updates, which we consider may be of interest to you.

Clients Commitment to Us

We are committed to helping “u” secure your financial future. We enjoy working with clients who work with us during and throughout the planning process. We therefore ask “u” please to respond to any letter, email, request for information or telephone call as soon as is reasonably possible (normally within 48 hours).

  • Treat our support team with courtesy and respect and thank them for their efforts as appropriate.
  • Read in detail any documents or correspondence, and respond as requested, or contact us for clarification.
make decisions (either way) promptly give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation for any meeting that is arranged.
  • Prepare for our meetings and bring with “u” any documents relevant to our discussions.
  • Return any documents that require your completion/signature as soon as possible.
  • Seek our advice before taking any subsequent action that may impact on our planning areas ”u” have consulted us about.
  • Tell us immediately of any changes in your circumstances, before, during and after any consultation period.
  • Tell us if “u” decide to use another adviser alongside A.B.I.L., and give us your authority to work with them, in order to avoid any duplication, overlap or conflict in our recommendations.

The Changing Marketplace

A.B.I.L. profile Manager will initially meet with you at our expense and without obligation to discuss the specific and general goals that you have for yourself, your business and your family.
